Production Capacity

Our more than 40 years of expertise in the industry ensures considerable flexibility and a production capacity varying from several thousand to several million containers. To meet demand quickly and efficiently, we are equipped with the resources required to produce containers using extrusion blow molding (10 ml to 8 L capacity), by injection stretch blow molding (5 to 750 ml capacity),  by injection blow molding (5 to 500 ml capacity) and by stretch blow molding (100 ml to 2 L).

Processes and Resins

During the production of containers by extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding, we use high density polyethylene (HDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyle chloride (PVC) and polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PET-G) to produce containers using extrusion blow molding. For injection stretch blow molding, we use only polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

Please note that we do not use inferior quality products, slip agents, or anti-adherents.


We invest considerably in upgrading our equipment to keep up with leading-edge technology. For example, we have an automated packaging and inspection system that is assisted by various components, such as cameras, a central data processing computer, a leak inspection system, and various conveyors.
