Production Capacity

To meet demand quickly and efficiently, we are equipped with the resources required to produce containers using extrusion blow molding (10ml to 8L capacity).

Processes and Resins

During the production of containers by extrusion blow molding, we use high density polyethylene (HDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP),  polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PET-G).

Please note that we do not use inferior quality products, slip agents, or anti-adherents.

We invest considerably in upgrading our equipment to keep up with leading-edge technology and our desire to continuously improve, allowing us to be at the forefront of new emerging technologies and processes. Our carton-less packaging is a prime example of this.

You can depend on us to produce any standard or custom container. We have the following high performance machines to mass-produce the containers you desire:

Bekum, Uniloy Milacron, Heins PCM and Pugliese Pac1
